What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Yes, a complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with a spread that changes through the week.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the villas and must be left at reception for the duration of your stay.

Is smoking permitted inside the villa?

Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the room. Any damage caused will be charged based on the value of the affected item.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days prior receive a full refund, 15 days prior retain 50%, 7 days prior retain 75%, and less than 7 days retain 100% of the booking value.
