What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the resort's dining area.
Is the pool private to my suite?
Yes — the plunge pool is fully enclosed and exclusive to your suite, separate from the resort's shared infinity pool, which remains open to you as well.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted inside the villa and must be left at reception.
Is smoking permitted inside the villa?
Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors; damages will be charged based on value.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days prior receive a full refund, 15 days prior retain 50%, 7 days prior retain 75%, and less than 7 days retain 100% of the booking value.
